Patient Keeper Multi-Factor Authentication

Beginning on June 30, Multi-Factor Authentication will be required to access Patient Keeper.  Please find the pertinent documents below.

Please note that to access Patient Keeper starting on June 30, all users must:

  1. Have an active eTenet account
  2. Know their eTenet username/password
  3. Be enrolled in MFA through eTenet
  4. Have at least one MFA method configured
  5. Okta Verify Push
  6. Okta Verify Code
  7. SMS Text
