Patient Keeper Multi-Factor Authentication
Beginning on June 30, Multi-Factor Authentication will be required to access Patient Keeper. Please find the pertinent documents below.
Please note that to access Patient Keeper starting on June 30, all users must:
- Have an active eTenet account
- Know their eTenet username/password
- Be enrolled in MFA through eTenet
- Have at least one MFA method configured
- Okta Verify Push
- Okta Verify Code
- SMS Text
