Thank you for completing pre-registration for your upcoming delivery at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center-Frisco. Your account is being established.

Preparing for your baby’s arrival is an exciting and sometimes overwhelming task. We are here to assist you throughout the process. Some important information is available for your review on our Labor & Delivery Welcome Page.

You will find information on the following:

• Prenatal Education: We offer a full selection of complimentary in-person and virtual classes. Descriptions of all courses and instructions on signing up are on our welcome page. The online classes are self-paced, and you will have access to the content for nine months. Our instructors suggest you wait until around your 32nd week of pregnancy before taking the in-person classes, as this ensures that the information is fresh in your mind when you deliver. In-person courses fill up quickly, so sign up for classes soon. Complete information is available on the Labor & Delivery Welcome Page.

• Visitation Guidelines: The health and safety of you and your baby are our biggest priority. Please review the Visitation Guidelines for our most up-to-date policies. ANYONE VISITING YOUR ROOM MUST SIGN IN AND PRESENT A PICTURE ID. Complete information is available on the Labor & Delivery Welcome Page.
• Insurance & Billing: Please reach out to our Women’s Center Billing Department at 214-407-5363 or 214-407-5298 regarding estimates, insurance verification, or questions concerning deductibles. They will collect pre-payment for your delivery. Please see the Admissions and Billing section for more information on our Labor & Delivery Welcome page.
• Birth Certificate Worksheet: The paperwork required for your baby’s birth certificate is available on our Labor & Delivery Welcome Page. Please complete this form and return it by email to WSeducation@bmcf.com or by fax to 214-407-5657. Please submit this paperwork to the hospital before delivery. Your form will be kept on file. Once you have delivered, you will have the opportunity to review the final paperwork.
