Baylor Scott & White Medical Center  – Frisco, or Baylor Frisco as we call it, is home to close to 600 employees.  Many of our employees have been here for more than ten years, and some have even been with us since we opened 20 years ago.  The culture at Baylor Frisco is one of family.  And family is our priority.  We are dedicated to outstanding patient care, but to achieve that, we know that taking care of each other is a priority.
