Shoulder and Elbow

Advanced technologies in the diagnosis, management, and treatment of shoulder conditions

We treat every kind of shoulder pain, from rotator cuff and labrum tears to reverse total shoulder replacement and everything in between. Here at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Frisco, we provide advanced technologies in the diagnosis, management, and treatment of shoulder conditions. We take a multidisciplinary approach to care in order to minimize shoulder pain and quickly restore function. There are several different treatment plans tailored to each specific type of shoulder and elbow injury. For shoulder pain that doesn’t respond to other treatments, shoulder replacement surgery may be an option.

The shoulder is made up of several layers, including bones, joints, ligaments, tendons, muscles, bursa, and the rotator cuff.

Treatment plans for patients will be determined by their care team based on age, medical history, type and stage of shoulder and elbow pain, and personal preferences.
