Job Summary
Responsible for assisting the Obstetrician/Surgeon in the operating room during cesarean sections, tubal ligations, D&C, and other related Obstetrical surgical procedures. In addition, the scrub tech provides clerical support in Women’s Services, assists with vaginal births, and maintains supplies and equipment.
Position Qualifications
- Must have certification: CST ( preferred) or TS-C
- Previous clinical experience in an operating room environment
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Good communication skills and time management.
