Culinary Kitchen Steward / FT, 7:00a – 3:30p, Monday – Friday

Kitchen workers also known as kitchen stewards do many things to keep kitchen work areas clean and orderly. They check in orders, rotate product, place food orders, sweep and scrub floors, remove garbage, and separate garbage. They move supplies and equipment from storage to work areas.


  • Minimum: Comprehend and speak English.
  • Preferred: Ability to speak and read English fluently; High School diploma or equivalent
  • One year of experience in kitchen operations or similar. Knowledge of food and beverage services operation preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a high volume restaurant, hospital, or Institution preferred.
  • Obtain food handler certification within 60 days of start date
  • Basic knowledge of food sanitation
